Walter Borgen lives in the Daytona Beach area with his beautiful wife, Jessica, and their three adorable children. He started his real estate career in his early 20s as a part-time real estate investor. Quickly Walter became fascinated with real estate sales and began listing and selling real estate full time as a Realtor. His marketing techniques and commitment to excellence lead him to build one of Nation's top real estate teams closing more than 100 transactions per year.
In late 2005, Walter opened RE/MAX Signature in Daytona Beach and quickly became one of the leading local companies by focusing on assisting agents in becoming more profitable and productive. He has lead RE/MAX Signature to close more than $1 Billion in local real estate sales.
In 2014 Walter opened his third real estate office and was awarded the RE/MAX Florida Regions Multi Office Brokerage of the year. He has been recognized and awarded as a member of the Executive Club, 100% Club, Platinum Club, a Catalyst Broker, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement.
Walter is a Certified Mentor for Buffini & Company and Trainer for the RE/MAX Momentum Program. He is a Member of Vistage International and a past Chair for the Port Orange Affordable Housing Advisory. Walter has a passion for real estate and loves helping others achieve their goals!
