About Charlie

As a lifelong resident of New Smyrna Beach with roots tracing back over 250 years to the original Minorcan settlers from the island of Minorca, I’m proud to call this area home. Many locals may also recognize me from my years as a barber right here in NSB. My passion for real estate began early, inspired by my grandfather Curley, who was always buying and selling land and homes. Today, I bring that same drive and dedication to helping my clients. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me spending time with family, fishing on the water, or with my dog, Chewy. I’m a hard worker with deep knowledge of home construction, mortgages, and land and residential sales.
